Delivery Times
Our office is open from Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm and on Saturdays throughout the winter months between 9.00am and 12.00pm. We deliver oil 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday. During summer and winter we aim to deliver your oil within two working days of ordering. If you want your oil delivered faster than this or if you run out of oil then please advise our customer service team at the time of ordering. If you need an emergency delivery of oil outside of these times and we are unable to respond to your request, then we would advise that you can buy 20 litre oil drums of home heating oil from larger garage forecourts which should keep you going until we get there.
What type of oil should I order?
Most domestic oil is 28 kerosene which is yellow in colour. Some domestic tanks store gas oil or red diesel (35-second oil). This is red in colour and is more often used for agricultural purposes such as tractors or other farm yard vehicles. To find out what type of oil you need, please check your sight gauge on your oil tank and if it is yellow you need 28 kerosene and if it is red, you need to order gas oil.
